Habituated Unhealthy Life Circle

It is begin when I need a lot of practice for debating in time of Ramadan month! Practicing debate is not as easy as we are speaking publicly, it demands you a critical thinking (means you have to use your brain excessively in order to have full sense of logical explanation, rite?) , speaking (means you have to spend your power to speak, and be ready for extreme draught in your throat, sooo freaking thirsty!!) and brainstorming (means you have to allocate your energy proportionately in this important session again!). Conclusion: PRACTICING DEBATE NEED A LOT OF ENERGY and this thingy thing will be that less in Ramadan Month compare to the other, rite?
What I am supposed to do to deal with? NIGHT, yes, only after Maghreb we are able to eat, that would be a perfect time.

The risk is clear, BEGADANG till Saur time. But the consensus has been made, we (member of this house) agree about that training schedule. It will be right away after Taraweh Prayer.

Since training need a lot of time to invest, we are EXACTLY did that TILL SAUR, ladies and gentlemen! Can you imagine? How bad that going to be?


 

I don't know how to define unhealthy life is, but if you got a life that is unusual and clash with what doctor/ health expertise recommended or said, that obviously unhealthy.

Lot of people says "night is not good for your liver, the research said that our liver blab la blab la blab la only in that particular time"

Some argued that "the night exclusive weather is not good either for your fatigue or just for your healthy"

Yes, I concede that all above partially true. Okay, say that it is the truth (what? HAHAA)


 

The life circle of ours can be describe in this pattern

Magrib/ fasting break à Taraweh prayer à training à Saur à Sleep à wake up at noon or after noon à prepare for fasting break à fasting break

Hell yeaaaaaaaaaaah, that what I call as unhealthy life. We are so NOCTURNAL


 

Guess what? This shit apply for almost 15 days of ours. What a great Ramadan!


 

And the BAD news is (as for me) I STILL DOING THIS SHIT UNTILL NOW
that's why I write this blog and update stuffs in this too early morning


 

You guys know how to escape from this HABITUATED UNHEALTHY LIFE CIRCLE that I made by myself ???
